I have the right to reject/refund any commissions.

May add additional fees for complexity (complex design/pose/props/ect)

May add additional fees for excessive edits (does not include edits that are my fault, such as wrong markings)

commissions are for personal use only, you may not use them for commercial purposes

You may not repost my artwork to any social media sites without credit/permission

I hold the right to post all artwork and use it for commission examples, but you may request I do not.

You may not directly edit my artwork without my prior consent

This includes commissioning art from me with the express intention of having it "completed" by someone else (ie. Getting a sketch from me and then having someone else line/color it)

I have no problem with you coloring in a sketch I did for you, or things of that nature, but don't take it too far yknow, don't pay someone else to edit my art, you must credit me still, just use common sense and be respectful!

Using ai to "finish" my art is an instant block/blacklist though!!!

I will not tolerate harassment. Your commission will be denied or refunded and you will be blacklisted if you cannot conduct yourself in a polite manner.

You may ask for updates once in awhile, but I expect not to be rushed and barraged with messages everyday.

I take payment through PayPal, please wait to send payment until I confirm I'm ready! I will only accept payment sent for goods and services.

Do not send payment through friends and family, this is against Paypal's TOS and it does not provide protection for you as a customer, nor me as a seller.

At least 50% payment is expected upfront, however, you may request to pay the second half after your sketch is confirmed.

You may request a refund at any point, however, if requesting a refund after I've started work, I will deduct a fee based on the amount of work I have completed. This fee will be based on my existing commission prices.

Commissions can take up to two months after receiving payment. (although I'm usually faster!)

If there are any circumstances that hinder my progress I will communicate this to you.

I will provide you a rough sketch to look over and confirm, this will be your chance to ask for any major edits. (I tend to get work done very quickly after confirming the sketch!)

I will provide lineart for you to look over and confirm, you will still be able to ask for minor edits at this period.

After this any additional edits to the lineart may be subject to additional charges.
